The Position

Verlandra MGMT is the talent group for people who already have the talent and are tired of doing the business of it alone. Not a directory, not a discovery platform, not a roster to be counted — a desk that books on your behalf and carries the consequences.

The category sells access: bigger lists, wider reach, more names. Verlandra sells representation with a name attached to it. One person is accountable for your year, and that person is allowed to say no on your behalf.

The Market

Three kinds of competitor stand between the talent and the booking, and each one leaves something on the table.

The directory

OWNS

Volume. Thousands of profiles, searchable.

LEAVES OPEN

Nobody is accountable when the booking goes wrong.

The legacy agency

OWNS

Prestige, and the rooms that come with it.

LEAVES OPEN

A new name waits behind the established list.

The self-managed artist

OWNS

Total control, and all of the admin.

LEAVES OPEN

Negotiating your own fee costs you the fee.

Verlandra mark

Verlandra takes the ground nobody defends

Accountability with a name on it — the reach of a network, the responsibility of a single manager.

Who We Serve

Four registers, one promise underneath all of them: the person is represented, not listed.

WHO THEY ARE

A musician or performer already earning, still running their own inbox, calendar and invoices.

WHAT THEY WANT

To stop negotiating their own fee at midnight and start choosing between offers instead of chasing them.

WHAT WE SAY

You keep the work. We take the booking, the paperwork and the argument about the rate.

What We Sell

Five tiers, each with one commercial job. The ladder is built so the free rung is paid for by the top rung — scouting stays honest because it never has to sell.

The Proof

01Every signed artist has a named human representative, on the record, from the first call.
02The desk books on the talent's behalf — the artist never negotiates their own fee.
03Terms, fee and date are written before a date is held, not after.
04Work is declined in writing when it is wrong for the career, with the reason attached.
05Talent decisions are made by people. No automated casting, ever.

The Palette

Three values, held. Signal marks the one thing to act on in a view; everything else is page and ink.

DISPLAY

Univers Next Pro — Extrablack Cond.

Set uppercase, 40–120px, line-height 0.94. One statement per view.

BODY

Sofia Pro — Medium

18px / 1.62. Measure held to 62 characters.

The Voice

One register in both directions: plain, dated, answerable.

  • Name the booking, the fee and the date.
  • Say who decided, and why they decided it.
  • Talk to the talent, never about them.
  • Answer within a day, even when the answer is no.

Guardrails

Never use roster size as evidence. A number proves reach, and reach is what the category already sells.

Never let the mark, the accent or the display face carry a claim the desk cannot keep. Positioning is a promise about behaviour, and behaviour is checked at the booking, not in the deck.
